Promotions and Referral Program Terms

From time to time, PrimeLab Petratides may offer promotional discounts, referral programs, giveaways, or other special offers. Participation in these promotions is entirely voluntary. By taking part, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotional Offers (Discounts & Coupons)

We may issue coupon codes or run time-limited sales (e.g., percentage off selected products, free shipping, etc.):

• Each promotion will specify its terms, such as eligibility (e.g., new customers only), expiration date, and discount amount.

• Promotions are typically not combinable with other offers unless stated otherwise.

• Misuse of promo codes (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit a "new customer" discount) may result in cancellation of the order or adjustment to the full price.

• Promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• If a promo is tied to conditions (e.g., spend $100 get $20 off), and the condition is no longer met due to a refund or partial return, the discount may be revoked.

• We reserve the right to suspend or end any promotion early in case of misuse, technical errors, or limited inventory.

2. Referral Program

If we run a referral program, users ("Referrers") may invite new customers ("Referees") and receive rewards under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Referrers must be existing customers. Referees must be new to PrimeLab Petratides and have never made a purchase.

• Referral Link or Code: A unique referral code or link must be used at checkout by the Referee.

• Reward: The Referrer may receive a reward (e.g., store credit, discount) once the Referee completes a qualifying purchase. The Referee may also receive a welcome incentive.

• Limitations: Self-referrals are not allowed. Spammy or misleading referral promotion is prohibited (e.g., mass-posting your link on coupon forums).

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny rewards or disqualify users in case of suspected abuse, fake accounts, or policy violations.

• Usage & Expiration: Referral rewards may only be used on our website and are not redeemable for cash. Some may have an expiration date.

• Changes to the Program: We may update or discontinue the referral program at any time, but will honor valid referrals made before changes are published.

3. Contests & Giveaways

Occasionally, we may run giveaways or contests (e.g., "Win a meteorite pendant"). Each will have separate rules detailing:

• Entry conditions

• Eligibility (e.g., U.S. residents only, 18+)

• Deadlines, winner selection, and prize details

In case of conflict, the rules published for the specific contest will take precedence.

4. Trial Offers or Limited Promotions

If we offer any limited-time or first-time buyer trial (e.g., $10 off first order):

• Each customer is limited to one use

• Trials may be withdrawn at any time if misused

• These offers are “as-is” and may end without notice

5. Liability

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promo, we are not liable for lost opportunities if a promotion ends or is altered, aside from refunding any overpayment resulting from a technical error.

6. Taxes

If any reward, discount, or prize is subject to tax under your local laws, you are responsible for declaring and paying those taxes, if applicable.

7. Additional Notes

• You may not alter or misrepresent our promotional content (e.g., banners, text).

• Participating in a referral or contest does not make you an employee or agent of PrimeLab Petratides.

8. Violations
