Shipping Territory
We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time may vary during sales or high-volume periods.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. PrimeLab Petratides is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Refusal of delivery
- Absence at the time of delivery
- Failure to retrieve packages marked as delivered
For signature-required options, someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
